It is not uncommon for me to excite, from IM98ri, the 70 cm repeater IR9ZYI (430.100 MHz + 5.000 MHz; tone 94.8 as many other repeaters in Sicily), which, I believe, is on top of Pizzo Castellaccio, near Palermo, locator JM68pd. That's 1,200 km of UHF ducting: not bad!
